Slow gentle stretching while exploring a mindful theme each session, enhanced by complimenting aromatherapy scents. All levels welcome, no previous essential oil or yoga experience necessary.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
