Service Description
In support of Decolonize Kzoo. Come find stillness, grounding, and spaciousness in your body and mind through this Saturday morning practice. A no movement yoga practice that allows me to guide you to rest in the lap of this, our mother earth. 50 mins of an earth based Yoga Nidra class.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds or class credit or rescheduling of this special service will be offered for cancellations of any kind (early or late). A $5 "no-show" fee will be invoiced to the patron's account, unless otherwise discussed with KBY management. Thank you.
