Service Description
Cultivate deeper connection with yourself and your baby through your experience of bodily sensations. Acknowledge the body as more than just a physical form but as a vessel through which we experience life, process and store emotions, and access our innate wisdom. Build a greater sense of self-awareness—becoming more attuned to the body’s signals to identify areas of tension, discomfort, or imbalance. Foster acceptance—recognizing how physical sensations influence thoughts and emotions. Consciously release physical and emotional tension through breath and movement, fostering a sense of groundedness and presence in the body and mind to support the changes of pregnancy, the power of birth, and the transformation into parenthood. This practice is equally supportive for postpartum recovery, helping you rebuild awareness, compassion, and trust in your body. This class is open to varying abilities. If you have specific complications or need accommodations, please message us so we can best support you. Cancellation Policy
A $5 fee for a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparkling water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
