AIR—creating space. Week 1 of 5 week ELEMENTAL Yoga for Birth series with Alison See: Prepare your BODY, MIND, HEART, SPIRIT for birth with a carefully curated yoga series filled with breath, poses, mindfulness, and birth wisdom. Each week we will focus on a specific element AIR - EARTH - WATER - FIRE - ETHER and how it can benefit you during pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond.

Cancelation Policy

No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
