Everybody has a pelvis and a pelvic floor - this series will explore the function and importance of this part of the body, what it does for us, and yoga practices and postures to keep it healthy and working well.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
