Celebrate the Full Moon with us in this special class with Ahnee (she/her) of Perception Check Co.
Move through an energizing flow inspired by the cycles of the Sun and Moon. Ahnee brings her background in astrology to explore the relationship between these two cosmic forces throughout the practice.
After class, enjoy a moon-inspired non-alcoholic drink and a Sun & Moon-themed activity.
Feel free to wear cozy clothes and bring a favorite mug or cup if youโd like to use it for your moon drink! Bug spray, a mat, and a blanket are recommended.
