Classes at KBY
Our classes are between 45-90 minutes. Class times are noted on the app upon booking. Class styles vary by instructor — try them all to find your best fit!

New Students
New students will be required to sign a waiver prior to attending their first class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete this form with your instructor.

Age Requirements
Individuals must be 18 years or older to practice yoga on their own. Children age 16 and older may attend with a legal guardian.
Children are not permitted in the studio while parents/guardians practice. Classes designated for children will list appropriate ages.

Arrival Time
Doors will open 10 minutes before class. If you're late, please enter quietly and find a spot on an open mat. We don't care that you're late, we're just happy you're here!

Etiquette
There are coat and shoe racks upon arrival in the hall. Please leave your shoes and your phone outside of the studio before entering. If you need your phone or personal bag with you, please turn your phone on do-not-disturb. Tea, sparkling water, and other beverages are available to make your visit comfortable as donated by our students. Please feel free to access this, and clean up your cup or cans at the end of class. Please do not come to class if you are sick!

Equipment
All equipment is provided at KBY. This includes yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and pillows. Instructors will place out the items needed for you prior to class, however, don't be shy! Grab any items you may need for your practice.

Cancellations
Cancel Window
You may cancel a yoga class up to 24 hours prior to the class start time to receive a refund. Cancellations should be done through your Fit by Wix app.

Late Cancellation & No-Shows
A late cancellation is when you cancel a class less than 24 hours prior to class start time. A no-show is when you neither cancel or attend a class you've registered for. With a late cancellation or no-show, you will not receive a refund, and a $5 fee will be invoiced to your account. The $5 fee can be waived, if you bring a box of sparkling water or herbal tea to the studio within a week of your scheduled class.

Inclement Weather & Emergencies Policy
In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen emergencies, we will do our best to make the decision to cancel classes or workshops at least 2 hours ahead of time. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates, or call the studio.
