Be intentional with the New Moon in this special class. Led by Ahnee (she/her) of Perception Check Co.

We’ll begin by exploring the energies of the Sun & Moon, then settle into a deeply restful evening of restorative yoga + yoga nidra, supported by the sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl and Koshi wind chimes.

After class, enjoy a moon-inspired non-alcoholic drink and a simple intention-setting activity: writing intentions on dyed paper and sealing them with wax.

Feel free to wear cozy clothes and bring a favorite mug or cup if you’d like to use it for your moon drink!
