About the event
Join Ms Sarah for 3 hours of fun! We’ll move our bodies, learn breathing exercises, make crafts, enjoy snacks, play games, and take a few minutes to relax together. Yoga mats are available to use or you can bring your own. Snacks are included, just bring a water bottle.
