About the event
Slow down, snuggle up, and enjoy a gentle sound immersion created for caregivers and their little ones. Rest together while surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments. Children are also invited to explore a variety of instruments throughout the experience, making this a welcoming introduction to sound for all ages.
Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, light refreshments, and age-appropriate toys will be provided. Come as you are and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of connection and rest together.
