About the event
Join us for a peaceful morning on the lake with Alison See. We’ll begin on land with basic paddle guidance (as needed), then head out for a gentle yoga practice on the water. Welcome to many levels and abilities.
A portion of all registrations will be donated to 4THE22, a local nonprofit raising awareness around veteran and first responder suicide rates.
Advance registration required. Rentals are limited.
$35 – includes class + board rental
$20 – class only (bring your own board)
Participants must be 16+. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.
