Service Description
Grab your yoga mat, a cozy blanket & pillow, and let us unwind and reset. Together we will experience the soothing properties a cup of tea can offer while exploring conscious conversations. Melissa will then guide a Yoga Nidra session infused with Reiki, allowing the body and mind to relax and release. No experience is necessary!

Cancellation Policy
A $5 fee for a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparkling water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
