Service Description

Welcome! We're so excited to host you. The Equity Rate Event Rental is a discounted rate for nonprofits, as well as artists and individuals hosting events celebrating the uplifting of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or other marginalized communities. Permission to access these rates must be approved and only apply to events hosted Monday-Friday. This booking is for an Event Rental at Backyard Yogis. total of this booking includes a refundable $50 Cleaning Fee, and $25 Lock Up Fee. If Cleaning & Lock Up expectations for the studio are met, a full or partial refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. Please review the following information and policies.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
