Service Description
Restorative yoga poses with the support of various props (blocks, bolsters, blankets). Poses will be held for 5-10 minutes w/ modifications where necessary. Gentle hands-on assists & massage techniques offered with each pose to help reduce stress & muscle tension. Drop into a deep state of relaxation with a long savasana, meditation, & the use of a crystal sound bowl. Students will remain fully clothed & are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, socks, & extra layers. All levels.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
