NURTURE (Therapeutic Yoga):
A ‘meet you where you’re at’ class that incorporates optional sharing, unhurried movement, and guided rest. With the support of a certified Yoga Therapist, these sessions are trauma-informed and rooted in yogic philosophy. Open to all, but especially nurturing to those navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, or specific health conditions.

Cancelation Policy
No refunds for late cancellations (within 24 hours). A $5 fee for late cancellation or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparking water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
