Service Description
Improve strength, flexibility, and balance physically and mentally to adjust to the changes of pregnancy, prepare for labor, and promote optimal postpartum recovery. Focus on safe core connection and aligned movements to support and minimize common pregnancy-related discomforts. Find both strength and length in key muscle groups to build stamina and stability. Learn mindfulness and breathing techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety during pregnancy and in preparation for birth and beyond. This class is open to varying abilities. If you have specific complications or need accommodations, please message us so we can best support you. By signing up, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and release Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis, its instructors, and affiliates from liability.

Cancellation Policy
A $5 fee for a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show will be invoiced to your account. This can be waived if you bring in a box of sparkling water (Aldi/Bubly Brand) or a box of herbal tea (Pukka/Rishi/Tazo Brand) within a week of your missed class. Thank you, The KBY Team
