Service Description
Not included in membership pricing— Choose from a 60 minute Reiki session or a 60 minute Thai Massage. No refunds will be offered for cancellations. Quinn Laird is a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Descriptions of each service: Thai Massage or Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional therapy that combines acupressure, compression, and assisted stretching in hatha yoga poses that help relax the nervous system and release muscle tension. Sessions are offered on a mat on the ground while clients remain fully clothed. 60 minute session for a targeted or full body treatment. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. Energy holds are focused on chakra centers and areas of energetic stagnation to help facilitate balance and improve flow.
