Reiki Restorative Yoga

Service Description

Not included in membership pricing. Join us for a soothing Restorative Yoga session! We'll use props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to fully support your poses. Each pose will be held for 5-10 minutes, with modifications available if needed. Experience the healing power of Reiki energy techniques, promoting a deep mind-body connection and nervous system decompression. We'll end with a blissful savasana, meditation, and the soothing sounds of a crystal sound bowl. Wear comfy clothes, socks, and bring extra layers. All levels are welcome! Please note, we require a minimum of 3 students and can accommodate up to 4.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds or class credit or rescheduling of this special service will be offered for cancellations of any kind (early or late). A $5 "no-show" fee will be invoiced to the patron's account, unless otherwise discussed with KBY management. Thank you.
